The Simple Design Co. ("we," "us," "our") operates simpledesignco.com and sells printed and digital stationery, home goods, and design services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our online store, and our email and text message programs.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, request a quote, subscribe to our email list, opt in to text messages, or contact us, we collect the information you provide. Depending on what you're doing, that may include your name, email address, mailing address, shipping address, phone number, order contents, custom artwork or text you upload for personalization, and any message you send us.
Payment information. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment providers, who receive your card details directly. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the card type, and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage data — IP address, browser and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on site, and similar information — using cookies and comparable technologies. This is used to keep the site working, remember your cart, understand what's popular, and measure advertising.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from our website and e-commerce platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, and advertising and analytics partners.

SMS / Text Message Communications
How we collect your mobile number. The Simple Design Co. collects mobile phone numbers only when you provide them directly — at checkout, through a signup form on our website, or by texting us first. We never purchase, rent, or import phone number lists from third parties.
How we use it. If you opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number to send marketing and promotional messages about our products, sales, and new releases, and to send transactional messages about orders you have placed.
Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or our SMS delivery platform, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email communications
If you subscribe to our email list or place an order, we may send you marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about orders you have placed.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you logged in), for analytics, and for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. How we share your information
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with anyone for their own marketing.

Our website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
